Victim Support Europe meets for an Annual General Meeting (AGM), preceded by a two-day annual conference. The preparation of the conference and AGM is overseen by the Executive Board, consisting of seven members.There are six permanent members and one member from the country hosting the next annual conference. The Executive Board meets approximately three times a year to discuss the most important developments. Furthermore the Board prepares resolutions on which the AGM has to give his approval.
